Data collected

The quotation form collects your name, email address, telephone number, requested date, event location, number of guests, event type, approximate budget, requested service and any information you choose to include in the free-text fields.

Fields marked as required are necessary to review and answer your enquiry. Without them, LE GRAMBOISIEN may not be able to prepare a relevant response.

Information about allergies or dietary requirements may reveal health-related information. It is optional and is processed only when you give your explicit consent using the dedicated checkbox.

Purposes and legal grounds

• Reviewing and replying to quotation requests and preparing a potential service: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• Protecting the form and website against spam, fraud and misuse: LE GRAMBOISIEN’s legitimate interest in securing its services.
• Reviewing allergies or dietary requirements in order to assess whether the requested service can be adapted: your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Keeping information required to meet legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims: legal obligation or legitimate interest, as applicable.

Recipients and service providers

Data is intended for authorised persons within LE GRAMBOISIEN and, where strictly necessary, for Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the website, validates Turnstile and delivers the email, and Google, which provides the Gmail inbox used to receive the request. These providers act within the scope of their respective services.

The final list of production providers and any applicable international-transfer safeguards will be added before the form is activated.

Retention periods

An unanswered or unsuccessful prospective customer enquiry may be retained for up to three years from collection or from your last contact. If a service is agreed, the data required to manage the customer relationship is retained for the duration of that relationship and then archived for the statutory periods that apply. Technical security data is retained only for the period necessary to prevent and investigate misuse.

Your rights

Depending on the processing concerned, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Send your request to legramboisien@gmail.com or to the registered-office address above. Additional information may be requested when needed to verify your identity.

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of allergy or dietary-requirement information at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before that date.

Cookies and audience measurement

The website does not use advertising cookies or audience measurement tools. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser and network signals strictly to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions. It does not receive the contents entered in the quotation form. This section will be updated if the final production configuration changes that position.
